In our quest to push privacy-respecting artificial intelligence to everyone, we are building Snips AIR, a voice assistant for your home. Rather than a single device, Snips AIR is a network of devices collaborating to form a mesh of AI assistants. This enables your entire home to be seamlessly voice-enabled, while protecting your privacy. As Snips AIR runs locally without any voice data being sent to the cloud, no-one can spy on you or your kids, keeping your home private as it should be.
Anyone can create AIR-compatible devices by integrating Snips, making it plug and play into Snips AIR. We are also building our own devices, including a base station (AIR Base) and portable voice remotes (AIR Satellites). Other types of devices are also being explored, with the objective to create a true multimodal experience.
